University of Leicester study into the use of blood markers to detect and monitor breast cancer
A study spearheaded by the University of Leicester aims to find out whether a blood test can detect cancer, earlier than current methods, in women with a strong family history of breast cancer.

Ladies first breast and cervical cancer screening increases odds of survival

BURLINGTON – A breast cancer screening study released yesterday, 29 years of research involving 130,000 women, showed that 30 percent fewer women who are screened for breast cancer die of the disease than those who are not screened.
